Description of overall satisfaction: This was my second time going to Fukuoka, and I am going back after a year, and it definitely feels like the cost of lodging has risen a bit.
In particular, I couldn’t go to Nishitetsu Kroom Hakata, which I used last time, because the price went up more than I expected.
While I was researching, the place that caught my eye was Tokyu Stay Hakata.
In conclusion, it was a very good choice and I was quite satisfied.

When you pass through the narrow entrance that greets you when you open the door.
This is a common type of double bed room.
There is also a small single-seater sofa and a round table.
The bathroom is like this.
There is a small bathtub, separated by a curtain.
And the toilet with a sink and bidet is as ordinary as expected.
However.
there is a big difference here.
There is a microwave and drum washing machine in the room!!It was a significant advantage.
First of all, it was a time between late fall and early winter, but the temperature was higher than expected and the schedule was more than 20,000 steps a day, so it was a journey that made me sweat a lot.
In that situation, that washing machine helped me a lot.
For the 3 nights and 4 days itinerary, I prepared 3 sets of tops and bottoms, underwear, and socks.
I used a washing machine to wash my clothes once in between trips, so I was able to use clothes in clean condition.
However, I didn’t think the washing machine could handle a very large capacity.
It was good to fit roughly one pair of tops and bottoms, one pair of underwear, and one pair of socks together.
The instructions are also translated on the washing machine, so it’s a good idea to look at them.
And a microwave! It’s usually in a public space, but it’s a bit annoying.
However, since I was in my room, I could conveniently buy food from the food section of a convenience store or department store and heat it up to eat, which was really nice.

The breakfast was a buffet style, with a mix of Western and Japanese dishes, and I remember there were about 14 to 15 different types.
It’s not a huge amount, but it seems to be enough to fill up a light breakfast.
Rather, I was satisfied because I ate here and then went out and had brunch.
Tokyu Stay Hakata was a really comfortable space during this trip, and the price was very reasonable, so I was satisfied.
I plan to use it again if I go to Fukuoka in the future.
Once you go from Hakata Station, you don’t even think it’s that far away.
In addition, the recently emerging Yodobashi Camera/Lopia in front of Hakata Station is quite close.
Being located on the south side of the station and near the Chikushi Exit is actually a blessing in disguise.
Moreover, if you change the direction a little, you can get closer to the Tenjin Minami direction.
