First of all, the reason I prefer Hakata is because it focuses on sightseeing rather than shopping and it is easy to get to the subway and bus.
The location is 1 minute from Hakata Bus Terminal, so the day you arrive, the hotel is just across the street from the terminal! My friend also said the location was great.
The view from the accommodation was a view of the railroad.
When the door is closed, you can hardly hear the sound, but it was a bit hot during the day, so when the window was opened briefly, the sound of the train was quite loud.
I thought that people who are sensitive to sound might find it a bit annoying.
I made a reservation for the women-only floor, and it was convenient because there was a curling iron, a hair dryer, and a large mirror when you open the door on the shelf.
There was a small sofa next to the bed, so it was perfect for snacks or a late-night snack.
